Prodigy Development Center supports soccer and baseball player development through coaching and training programs. The current website launched in November 2024, the same month Precise Wolf Digital began the SEO engagement.
This case study uses every reliable source window available as of August 2026: first-party Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data, plus separately labeled Semrush estimates. It does not treat the older website’s unknown age as a known baseline, and it does not make unsupported claims about leads, enrollments, revenue, or conversions.

The engagement and current-site launch both begin in November 2024. GA4 recorded its first activity on October 25, 2024, giving seven days of partial pre-launch context but no complete pre-engagement month. Google Search Console history begins June 27, 2025, so it documents search performance only after the engagement began. Semrush supplies the longest historical visibility context, with monthly snapshots from January 2012 through July 2026 and a current snapshot dated August 4, 2026.
| Source | Exact window | Use in this case study |
|---|---|---|
| GA4 | Oct. 25, 2024–Aug. 3, 2026 | First-party users, sessions, events and Organic Search sessions |
| Google Search Console | June 27, 2025–Aug. 3, 2026 | Exact Google clicks, impressions, CTR and average position |
| Semrush | Jan. 2012–July 2026; current Aug. 4, 2026 | Third-party estimated keyword and traffic visibility context |

GA4’s partial October 25–31, 2024 baseline recorded 16 active users, 33 sessions, and 455 events. Because this is only seven days, the fairest growth comparison uses complete, non-overlapping six-month windows: November 2024–April 2025 versus February–July 2026.
Average monthly active users rose from 42.2 to 262.0, a 521% increase or 6.21×. Average monthly sessions rose from 65.8 to 379.2, a 476% increase or 5.76×. Average monthly new users increased 548%, and average monthly event count increased 459%.

Average monthly Organic Search sessions increased from 41.5 in the early six-month window to 151.8 in the latest six-month window—an increase of 266%, or 3.66×. Every month in the latest window exceeded the early-window median for Organic Search sessions.

March 2026 was the highest complete month in the inspected GA4 series, with 366 active users, 523 sessions, and 2,598 events. July 2026 remained well above the early-window average with 246 active users and 312 sessions, showing that the pattern was not limited to one isolated peak.

The authenticated GA4 summary shows 3.4K active users and 26K events across October 25, 2024–August 3, 2026. GA4 displayed zero key events in the inspected summary, so this case study does not infer conversion or enrollment performance.
The exact Google Search Console domain-property series contains 403 daily rows from June 27, 2025 through August 3, 2026. Across that window, Google Search recorded 1,114 clicks, 25,695 impressions, a 4.335% click-through rate, and an impression-weighted average position of 10.978.

For a fair comparison, partial June 2025 and August 2026 are excluded. The first six complete months available—July through December 2025—are compared with the latest six complete months, February through July 2026.
| Google Search Console metric | July–Dec. 2025 | Feb.–July 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clicks | 433 | 592 | +36.7% |
| Impressions | 6,182 | 17,620 | +185.0% |
| Median monthly clicks | 69.0 | 92.5 | +34.1% |
| Median monthly impressions | 1,094.5 | 3,110.0 | +184.1% |
All six months in the latest window exceeded the early-window median for monthly clicks. The stronger impression total—nearly 2.85× the early period—shows that the site appeared in a substantially larger volume of Google search results, while the click increase confirms that part of that expanded visibility translated into visits from search.

Semrush’s all-time Organic Research trend is the only available source that reaches well before the November 2024 engagement. Under the consistent root-domain, US-database, desktop scope, the October 2024 snapshot showed 0 detected ranking keywords and 0 estimated organic traffic. The matched 12-month pre-engagement window from November 2023 through October 2024 also had mean and median values of zero.

The first non-zero monthly keyword detection appeared in July 2025. From July 2025 through July 2026, detected keywords stayed above zero for 13 consecutive complete monthly snapshots. In the latest 12 complete months, Semrush detected a monthly average of 36.8 ranking keywords and estimated average monthly organic traffic of 143.2.

The July 2026 complete snapshot showed 41 detected ranking keywords and 77 estimated traffic. The current August 4, 2026 report showed 45 ranking keywords, 77 estimated organic traffic, and $11 estimated traffic cost.

No percentage increase is reported from the zero Semrush baseline because percentage growth from zero is undefined. Semrush traffic and keyword figures are modeled estimates; they are not Google Search Console clicks or impressions and are not GA4 users or sessions.
sc-domain:prodigydevelopmentcenter.com, Web search, no filters, June 27, 2025–August 3, 2026. CTR is clicks divided by impressions, and average position is impression-weighted. See Google’s Performance report documentation. From the November 2024 launch and SEO start through the latest complete 2026 periods, Prodigy Development Center developed a broader and more consistent digital footprint. GA4 shows a larger first-party audience and stronger Organic Search acquisition. Google Search Console shows more impressions and clicks in fair matched windows. Semrush independently shows a sustained estimated keyword footprint after a zero-detection pre-engagement context.
The strongest conclusion is deliberately specific: during the engagement, the site moved from launch-stage measurement to sustained search visibility across multiple independent sources. The evidence is meaningful because each claim stays within its exact source window and because estimates are not presented as first-party results.
